Award-winning Central BBQ is on the hunt for a tech-savvy digital marketer who loves bbq. CBQ needs a full-time, driven and passionate individual to help them grow their sales in restaurants and broaden their online presence. This individual needs to be self-motivated, willing to roll up their sleeves and work well within a team environment.
General Responsibilities
- Implement marketing ideas to drive profitable sales and to strengthen and increase brand awareness in the different communities where current restaurants are located as well as assist with successfully launching future restaurants.
- Manage online digital presence across all marketing channels with an emphasis email marketing, digital advertising, branded website and social media

- Optimize website for search engines
- Analyze competitors' websites and online marketing initiatives
- Update content as needed
SEO and Advertising
- Manage vendor and their work on paid search budgets on top tier search engines
- Oversee all aspects of SEO and PPC campaigns
- Research advertising trends and understand competitors' pricing and products
- Set, measure and report on KPIs for campaigns
Email Marketing and Loyalty
- Focus on growing membership and engagement
- Manage email campaigns inside and outside of loyalty program
- Develop ongoing omnichannel automated campaigns to learn purchasing behavior and grow loyalty
- Develop audience segmentation for targeted campaigns and analyze specific audience segments and associated trends to identify opportunities
Social Media
- Use social media tools to create and maintain posting schedule
- Copywrite for social posts
- Interact with social media followers to increase engagement and loyalty
- Research social media trends and implement as appropriate
Reputation Management
- Monitor all platforms for customer reviews for all locations and share with mgmt. accordingly
- Ensure all platforms have up to date information and tagged appropriately
Reporting
- Prepare monthly digital marketing campaign reports
- Analyze reports in analytics platforms to address business needs
Skills

- Experience managing omnichannel digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, SMS and more
- Substantial knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Google My Business
- Working knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platform
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Solid understanding of basic copywriting
- Keeps current with changes in digital marketing
- Professional, dependable, solid work ethic

- Outstanding written communication skills
- Minimal travel required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum three years of experience in marketing/communications, including proven experience managing digital marketing channels
