You are THE reason that food gets to our guests. When you wash and dry dishes, you're providing us with the opportunity to give our guests the chance to eat some finger lickin' bbq.

It's a lot of work, but don't worry....our industrial dishwashers do the heavy hitting for you. When you're in the front of the house, you'll need to put your hospitality hat on checking in on our guests as you make your way around the floor.

Responsibilities include operating the dishwasher, washing glassware by hand when necessary, emptying and cleaning the trash and recycling bins, rotating dishes, cleaning the dish storage and assisting staff as needed.
